"Cardholder" refers to the units and individuals who use the stored value card in accordance with the provisions of the articles of association, or claim relevant rights by virtue of the stored value card held.


"Special merchant" refers to the merchant who accesses stored value payment service and provides goods or services for cardholders.


Chapter II Application


Article 1 the units and individuals who abide by the provisions of the articles of association and meet the card collection conditions specified in the articles of association can get the stored value card from the day-to-day glasses.


Article 2 the card holder can get the stored value card through the card collection channel announced by the daily up glasses wechat public service number: "day up glasses" and "glasses clock service number".


Chapter III use and term of validity

Day up glasses does not provide overdraft, cash withdrawal and transfer to bank card services. Day up glasses does not provide redemption service, except for the termination of stored value card business.


Article 3 the stored value card is a bearer card, which is valid for five years. See the card details page for the expiration date. The stored value card must be used within the validity period. It will be automatically extended after expiration, and can continue to be used after the extension.


Article 4 if the cardholder has any of the following circumstances, day by day glasses has the right to suspend or terminate the service to the cardholder, and all losses shall be borne by the cardholder:


（1） The cardholder, alone or in collusion with others, commits fraud or other dishonest acts;


（2） The cardholder conducts illegal transactions in violation of the laws and regulations of the state;


（3） Day by day glasses to investigate the cardholder's identity and transaction information, and is rejected by the cardholder;


（4） The cardholder receives the stored value card outside the collection channel announced by glasses every day;


（5） The cardholder has other circumstances that damage the card issuing institution, card issuing channel and other cardholders' rights and interests.


Article 5 in case of refund of stored value card, glasses shall return the refund to the original stored value account first.


Article 6 the day-to-day glasses provide the card holder with the use of stored value card consultation and error handling services. Cardholders can call the customer service hotline 4000291501 for consultation. The service time of the above hotline is 7 * 24 hours.


Chapter IV fee collection


Article 1 when the card holder receives the stored value card, he / she does not need to pay the card collection fee to the card issuing channel.


Article 2 after the expiration of the stored value card, there is no management service charge for the glasses day by day. When the balance in the card is zero, the card will not be used..


Article 3 glasses have the right to timely adjust the cost standard according to their own business development and national laws, regulations and regulatory provisions. It shall take effect according to the effective date of publicity.


Chapter V Rights and obligations of the parties


Article 1 the right of glasses


（1） Day up glasses has the right to require the card holder to provide personal and unit identity information and supporting documents as required; (2) in case of using the stored value card in violation of the articles of association, day day up glasses has the right to suspend or terminate the use of the prepaid card; (3) for the various free value-added services provided by day up glasses for the cardholder, the day up glasses has the right to unilaterally terminate and does not need to Obtain the card holder's consent in advance, but before termination, it must be publicized in wechat public service number in advance.


（4） Day up glasses is not responsible for resolving disputes between cardholders and merchants due to the quality of goods or services. The above disputes shall be settled by the cardholders and merchants themselves. Unless otherwise agreed by the three parties, the above-mentioned agreements and rules include the stored value service agreement and other relevant rules. （5） If the cardholder is unable to use the stored value card normally due to the following reasons, the day-to-day glasses will not be responsible for any inconvenience caused to the cardholder or any loss suffered or likely to be suffered by the cardholder, but it can assist the cardholder to solve the problem and provide necessary help:


1. Day by day glasses system shutdown maintenance after wechat public service number announcement;

2. Data transmission cannot be carried out in case of telecommunication equipment failure;


3. Typhoon, earthquake, tsunami, flood, power failure, war, terrorist attack and other force majeure factors, which cause the glasses system to be up and running day by day;


4. Interruption, delay or instability of day-to-day glasses service caused by interruption, failure, instability or upgrading maintenance of telecommunication, power or banking systems, equipment, websites and services.


Article 2 the obligation of glasses to make progress every day


（1） Day by day, glasses should provide relevant information about the use of stored value cards through wechat public service number, including the articles of association, card purchase agreement, use instructions, charging items and standards, etc.


（2） Day up glasses shall provide services for cardholders as agreed, including but not limited to telephone consultation, inquiry of account details, objection correction, etc.


（3） Tiantianupward glasses shall undertake the obligation of confidentiality for the information of cardholder / cardholder in accordance with the law, and shall not be disclosed to any unit or individual without the consent of the party concerned, unless otherwise stipulated by laws, regulations and rules or otherwise agreed by the cardholder / cardholder and tiantiantianxiang glasses.


（4） Day by day glasses shall ensure the transaction security of cardholders in strict accordance with the provisions of the "management measures for prepaid card business of Payment institutions" and the agreement on value storage service.


Article 3 rights of cardholder / cardholder


（1） The card holder shall have the right to apply for and use the stored value card in accordance with the provisions of the articles of association and other day-to-day agreement between the glasses and the card buyer.


（2） The cardholder / cardholder has the right to know the function, usage, charging items and standards of the stored value card.


（3） If the card holder / cardholder has any doubt about the stored value card transaction, he / she has the right to ask for inquiry or correction within the specified time.


Article 4 obligations of cardholder / cardholder


（1） The card holder / cardholder shall provide real and effective identity information and supporting documents to the daily up glasses according to the regulations, and shall not use others' identity or use forged or altered identity documents to get stored value cards.


（2） If the card holder / cardholder fails to keep the stored value card properly, resulting in the loss, theft, robbery and fraud of the prepaid card, he / she shall bear the economic losses by himself / herself.


（3） The cardholder / cardholder shall bear the economic losses caused by the false use of the stored value card due to improper storage of the stored value card, card number and password


（4） The cardholder / cardholder shall not receive the stored value card from any unauthorized channel other than the card issuing channel designated by the day up glasses, nor shall he use the stored value card for consumption in any commercial merchant other than the day day up glasses merchant. If the cardholder / cardholder fails to carry out the transaction according to the above agreement, he / she shall bear the economic losses by himself / herself.


Chapter VI supplementary provisions


Article 1 the articles of association are formulated by Shaanxi tiantianxiang glasses Co., Ltd. Day up glasses has the right to modify the articles of association according to the needs of business development, risk control, system upgrade, etc. tiantianupward glasses will make an announcement in advance by appropriate means, and will not notify the parties to the articles of association one by one. If the parties do not accept the modification, they have the right to choose whether to continue to receive and use the stored value card; if the party concerned continues to receive and use the stored value card after the amendment of the articles of association The parties shall be deemed to have accepted the amendment of the articles of association. The "announcement" referred to in the articles of association only refers to the announcement of the wechat public service number of "day up glasses" and "glasses clock service number".


Article 2 for matters not covered in the articles of association, the parties concerned shall abide by the national laws, regulations and regulatory provisions and other normative documents.


Article 3 the articles of association shall be formally implemented from October 1, 2019.


Card collection agreement of stored value card


Based on that the cardholder (including the cooperative card issuer, hereinafter referred to as "you") receives the stored value card from Shaanxi tiantianxiang glasses Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "tiantianxiang glasses"), in order to clarify the rights and obligations, you agree to sign the following agreement with tiantiantianxiang glasses:


1、 Statement and commitment


1.1 the terms of this agreement which have or may have a significant relationship with your rights and interests, and those with or may have exemption or limitation of liability to the company are marked in bold type. Please note. You confirm that you have fully read, understood and accepted all contents of this agreement before you receive the stored value card.


one point two You agree that the company has the right to unilaterally change the content of this agreement at any time, and announce it in the form of announcement on this wechat public service number, without separate notice to you; if you continue to receive the stored value card after the content announcement of this agreement changes, it means that you have fully read, understood and accepted the modified agreement content, and will also receive it according to the modified agreement content Stored value card; if you do not agree with the revised agreement, you should stop collecting the stored value card.


2、 Related definitions


2.1 "stored value card (including co branded stored value card jointly issued with other institutions, the same below)" refers to the prepaid value issued by Shaanxi tiantianxiang glasses Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "tiantianxiang glasses") in a specific carrier and form.

2.3 "card collector" refers to the units and individuals who use wechat to pay attention to "day by day glasses" and "glasses clock service number" wechat public service number to receive stored value cards.

2.4 "cooperative card issuing party" refers to the card issuing agent approved in writing by day up glasses and publicized on its wechat public service number.


2.5 "special merchant" refers to the merchant who accesses stored value payment service and provides goods or services for cardholders.


3、 Stored value card service


3.1 claim


3.1.1 you agree to apply for the stored value card with your wechat account number.


3.1.2 you agree that you can only get the stored value card through the cooperative card issuing party, and the information of the cooperative card issuing party will be published and regularly updated by the wechat public service number of "day up glasses, glasses clock service number".


3.1.3 you agree that you can apply for a refund after successfully applying for the stored value card. The application records shall be subject to the records in the stored value system.


3.1.4 the stored value card you applied for will be sent to your wechat card bag through the wechat public service number "tiantianupward glasses, glasses clock service number".


3.1.5 card recipients who are not approved by day-to-day glasses shall not issue stored value cards to any third party in the name of cooperative card issuing party.


3.1.6 if the cooperative card issuing party receives the stored value card from the day up glasses for sale, it shall provide relevant information according to the requirements of the day up glasses, and the details shall be subject to the supplementary agreement signed by both parties.


3.2 loss reporting


Day up glasses do not provide loss reporting and card replacement services.


4、 Rights and obligations of parties


4.1 day up glasses right


4.1.1 day up glasses and cooperative issuers have the right to require you to provide personal and unit identity information and supporting documents as required.


4.1.2 the glasses have the right to refuse the card application of the card holder who does not conform to the "stored value card articles of association" and the agreement.


4.2 the duty of glasses


Tiantianxiang glasses undertakes the confidentiality obligation for your relevant information according to law, and shall not disclose it to any unit or individual without your consent, unless otherwise stipulated by laws, regulations and rules, or otherwise agreed by the card holder and the day day up glasses.


4.3 cardholder's rights


4.3.1 after receiving the card, you have the right to obtain the stored value card.


4.3.2 you have the right to know the functions, use methods, charging items and standards of stored value cards.


4.3.3 if you have any questions about the stored value card business, you have the right to ask for query or correction within the specified time.


4.4 obligations of cardholder


4.4.1 you should provide real and effective identity information and supporting documents to the glasses every day according to the regulations. You are not allowed to use others' identity to get the stored value card. Otherwise, the glasses and the card issuing party have the right to refuse to issue the stored value card to you.


4.4.2 if you fail to keep the stored value card properly, resulting in the loss, theft, robbery and fraud of the stored value card, you shall bear the economic loss by yourself.


4.4.3 you shall bear the economic losses caused by the improper storage of the stored value card, card number and password caused by other people's false use of the stored value card.


4.4.4 you are not allowed to apply for the stored value card from any unauthorized channel other than the card issuing channel specified by day up glasses. If you fail to trade according to the above agreement, you shall bear the economic losses.


4.4.5 day up glasses has the right to suspend the use of the stored value card without notice in case of abnormal transaction, doubt or possibility of violation of laws and regulations. After confirming the fact of breach of contract, it will pursue the outstanding funds according to laws and regulations, and refuse you to use part or all of the functions of the stored value service..


4.4.6 you are not allowed to issue stored value cards in the name of cooperative card issuers, except for day-to-day glasses recognition. Once verified, day up glasses has the right to ask you to pay a penalty equivalent to the face value of the stored value card sold.


4.5 rights of cooperative issuers


4.5.1 you have the right to issue stored value cards on your behalf within the scope of permission.


4.5.2 you have the right to charge the card holder who applies for the stored value card at your place according to the standard set by day-to-day glasses.


4.6 obligations of cooperative issuers


4.6.1 you shall require the cardholder to provide personal and unit identity information and supporting documents according to the agreement. As a result of your failure or inadequate performance, glasses will bear the legal responsibility for failing to fulfill the real name system of purchasing card, and you shall be liable for breach of contract.


4.6.2 except as stipulated in this agreement, you shall not charge the card holder any other fees for receiving the stored value card. Otherwise, the glasses have the right to cancel your cooperation card issuer qualification. If the above behavior of the cooperative card issuing party causes damage to the glasses and the card holder, the cooperative card issuing party shall compensate for the corresponding losses.


4.6.3 you are not allowed to apply for the stored value card from others for issuing to the third party except for the glasses which are up every day. Once verified, the glasses have the right to ask you to pay a penalty equivalent to the face value of the stored value card. If the above-mentioned sales behavior causes damage to the reputation of day up glasses, you shall pay 5 times of the face value of the stored value card involved, with a minimum penalty of 200000 yuan.


5、 Other agreements


5.1 matters not covered in this Agreement shall comply with national laws, regulations, regulatory provisions, stored value card articles of association, stored value service agreement and other relevant rules.


5.3 all disputes arising from this Agreement shall be handled in accordance with the laws of the people's Republic of China, and the people's Court of Yanta District, Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province shall be the court of first instance.
